FAQ

Is a generated signature image legally binding?

A signature image you paste into a document is not the same as an e-signature with an audit trail. For contracts, use an e-signature service — this tool is for the visual mark on letters, PDFs, and artwork.

How do I add the signature to my email?

Export "Email HTML" and paste it into your client's signature settings. The image is embedded as base64 so it travels with the email without hosting.

Why does my signature look pixelated in Word?

Word scales images to its own DPI. Export at the large size, or insert via "Insert > Pictures" without resize; the PNG has a transparent background so it sits on the page cleanly.

Can I edit my signature later?

Yes — drafts auto-save in your browser. Open this page again and your last signature is still on the pad.
